It’s a great place to work. Information is shared openly, e.g. together, everyone reviews the company’s key financial info once a month. We discuss challenges and concerns honestly. I enjoy nearly everything, and I know that challenges are tackled as a group without fingerpointing and blame. Hiring people with more external experience would be beneficial, as well as truly taking advantage of the specialist skills of current employees. More can definitely be done to build a team more representative of SA. We are all a bit off-centre, and like a dash of structure and chaos equally.
