Registration also grants you access to your personal user dashboard, where you can view past contributions and request edits or deletions of your submissions. Additionally, it allows Our Work Life to reach out if we have any questions or need further clarification.
All reviews undergo a meticulous, manual screening process before publication. This includes verifying language, ensuring adherence to our guidelines and policies, and checking for duplicate reviews by the same individual for the same period. Companies have the right to dispute reviews, and if a review is deemed false, it will be removed and the user responsible will be blacklisted. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against ‘purchased’ content and any attempt to manipulate company ratings through fake or paid reviews.
Employers and employees can report reviews if they suspect a violation of our policies, such as dishonest or fake reviews intended to manipulate scores. To report a review, please provide the review in question along with your concerns. If the report is found to be valid, the review and the user will be temporarily deactivated while the matter is investigated. Depending on the outcome, the resolution may involve deleting the review and blacklisting the user.
All information submitted should be done honestly, adhering to the integrity of the process and driving transparency. Defamation or slander is strictly not permitted. Any use of personal information, including names, race or sexual orientation etc, will disqualify the review. We do not allow for advertising or spam, and no external links may be included. Any remarks that can be seen as personal criticism or insults are not permitted, this includes the use of statements without a professional context, swear words, or facts that cannot be justified.
We do not edit reviews ourselves. If any changes are necessary, we will request the user to make the required edits before the review is published.

Additionally, businesses can submit blog or resource posts that provide value to our community. If these posts include external links or specific calls to action, a publishing fee will apply. All submissions must be relevant and approved before acceptance or payment is processed.
We are committed to protecting the anonymity of review authors and will only disclose their identity if required by a court order. Any concerns or complaints about reviews are handled directly through our support team. If a complaint is found to be valid, the review in question will be removed.

3. You must be a verified Owner, CEO, or a senior leader in HR or Marketing — we’ll confirm this before granting access.

The anonymity of our review submissions is always protected and employers do not have access to any details of the review, other than that which is published anonymously. Data may be further aggregated to provide general industry related benchmarks and reporting.
All data is stored in accordance with the POPI Act. Data is collected, analysed, and interpreted for reporting and statistical purposes, always anonymously and in aggregate form.
